What are the charges of calling 2321?
Call charges for non-subscribers are 50 paisa plus tax per minute. However, service subscribers will be provided 20 free minutes every 30 days (after subscription) and subscribers will be charged 50 paisa plus tax per minute once free minutes are consumed
What will happen if any subscriber first un-subscribes the service and try to re-subscribe within 30 days?
System will not allow re-subscription within 30 days as there is 30 days barring for re-subscription. Ask customer to wait 30 days (from the day of un-subscription)
How many regional languages are available?
Currently, Urdu and Punjabi are live. Other regional languages like Pashto, Sindhi and Balochi
How the service features work?
The functionality is very simple. Subscriber will call the IVR 2321 and will ask the questions after language selection. AI powered Viamo platform will provide the answers to the customer query.
