User Types

Guest Users

Users can access the app without creating an account. Guest users will see advertisements every 15 minutes and will not be eligible for rewards.

Freemium Users

Users can register using their email address. Freemium users will see advertisements every 30 minutes and will not have access to rewards.

Premium Users

Users can subscribe to enjoy the premium experience. Premium users will not see advertisements and can earn points by ranking among the top players each week. These points can be redeemed for rewards through the Marketplace.

Availability

This service is available to Zong prepaid customers and can be subscribed to via the My Zong App (MZA), SMS, or directly through the Exscape app.

Activation Procedure

Via SMS

Send:

• SUB EXSCPD to 7623 for Daily Subscription
• SUB EXSCPW to 7623 for Weekly Subscription
• SUB EXSCPM to 7623 for Monthly Subscription

Via App

1. Download and open the Exscape app.
2. Click Register.
3. A dialogue box will appear offering Premium or Free access.
4. Select Premium.
5. Choose Zong as the payment method.
6. Select your desired package and click Continue.
7. Enter the OTP received from Zong.
8. You will receive a successful subscription confirmation message.
9. The subscription fee will be deducted from your mobile balance.
10. Once activated, you can start playing immediately.

The service will automatically renew according to the subscribed package unless the customer unsubscribes or deletes their account.

Users can access the Settings menu to:

• Log out
• Manage Account
• Pause account

Pausing an account does not cancel the subscription.

Deactivation Procedure

Via SMS

Send UNSUB EXSCPD to 7623.

Via App

1. Open the Exscape app.
2. Click the Settings icon.
3. Open Manage Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Your premium subscription will be cancelled.
6. You may continue using the service as a Guest or Freemium user.
7. A confirmation message will be sent upon successful unsubscription.

Users can access the Settings menu to:

• Log out
• Manage Account
• Pause account

Pausing an account does not cancel the subscription.

Via My Zong App (MZA)

Customers may also unsubscribe through the My Zong App.
