5. How to subscribe to tournaments?
For any tournament subscription, click on register, enter your In Game name/Account and submit. When you have REGISTERED, you will receive a confirmation Text. On the day of your match, you will receive a notification 15 minutes before the start of the game detailing your ROOM ID and PASSWORD.
6. What will happen if I am late to join the tournament?
If a tournament stars and player is late more than 5 minutes then he will be disqualified.
7. A user can play tournament if his status is suspended?
If suspension, user cannot participate to tournaments and play games if his is not charged, so he will be instantly suspended until he recharges sufficient balance
8. What will be the time of auto renewal of subscription?
One day for daily package, 7 days for weekly and 30 days for monthly package.
9. If I am winner, after how much time I will receive prize?
Within 2 working days the winners will receive prize
10. What will be prize for winners?
Prizes will be cash / Daraz vouchers and discounted coupons.
11. How can I earn coins?

Tournament capacity depends from tournament to tournament. Some high value tournaments can accommodate over 1000 players or teams.
18. If there is any extra charges to play tournament or customer can play any tournament with bundle price?
No extra payment to participate to Monthly and Weekly tournament. Only Special tournament will have a specific extra fee which will be clearly mentioned upon tournament participation.
19. If customer will get any SMS notification for service subscription /Un-subscription?
Yes, user will receive SMS from 4236.
20. How the customer can raise a complaint?
Customer can open a ticket via Portal support window and case will be investigated on Zong Engage website or call Zong helpline.
