Activation Procedure

  • SMS: Send SMS “SUB” to 7323
  • Web / App:
    1. Customer lands on the Zaheen landing page (http://zaheen.com.pk) via browser or app.
    2. User is prompted to enter their mobile number.
    3. An OTP is sent to the user's number for verification.
    4. User manually enters the OTP (auto-fill is not allowed) to verify the account.
    5. Receives a confirmation SMS from 7323 with service features, URL, and free trial info (for new users).
    6. User is prompted to set up their profile (First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Profile Name, Email, Password).
    7. Upon submission, a custom Zaheen profile is created and the user is redirected to the dashboard, where they can access enrolled classes, lessons, videos, assessments, and games.

Note: The 1-day free trial will end immediately if the user unsubscribes the service during the free trial.

  • Web & App: Go to the Zaheen platform > Go to Profile Menu > Unsubscribe

Q: What is Zaheen service?

Q: How do I change or upgrade my plan?
A: Go to your profile → Subscription settings, then select a new plan to upgrade or change your subscription.
Q: Is service for Prepaid, Postpaid and corporate customers?
A: All Zong Prepaid customers only.
Q: Is there a Free-trial?
A: Every new user will get a 1-day free trial, the trial will end if the user unsubscribes his service during the trial period.
Q: What would be the Renewal time of this service?
A: Renewal depends on the selected variant:
  • Daily variant: Renews automatically every day, provided sufficient balance is available.
  • Weekly variant: Charges are deducted after each weekly renewal period.
  • Monthly variant: This option is non-recursive and will not renew automatically after one month.
Q: How to opt out from the service?
A: Subscription can be canceled by sending the keyword UNSUB to short code 7323, My Zong App (MZA) or via the designated section on the Zaheen web/app platform.

  • Advance Income Tax (AIT) rate of 15% applies on every recharge.
