Activation Procedure

• MZA:
  1. Customer opens the MZA App and taps the Swipe2Win banner.
  2. Customer is redirected to the Swipe2Win portal and taps Play on any game.
  3. If not subscribed, customer is redirected to the subscription page with MSISDN auto-filled.
  4. Customer taps Subscribe and is redirected back to the Swipe2Win portal to play.
• Web:
  1. Customer lands on https://playz.swipe2win.club/ via browser.
  2. If not subscribed, customer is redirected to the subscription page.
  3. Chooses one of the three packages (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) and enters MSISDN (auto-filled if using mobile data).
  4. Taps Get OTP. System sends OTP via SMS to the same number.
  5. Customer enters OTP and taps Subscribe.
  6. Receives a confirmation SMS from 4256 with price, URL, and unsubscribe info, and is redirected to the Swipe2Win portal.

A: Customers get top-up and telecom related rewards if they are on the top of the leaderboard. Rewards are sent directly to the customer's Zong number.
