Internet is required for Web and App usage. However, the service is also available through USSD, SMS, and IVR—no internet is needed for these channels.

Is there a daily limit on questions?

Yes. To ensure fair usage, there is a daily question limit of 30 queries per user. Once you reach the limit, you can continue the next day.

What types of questions can I ask?

You can ask general knowledge questions, get help with tasks, translations, writing, reminders, tone-based messages, and more. However, the AI will not answer harmful, abusive, or illegal queries.

Is the content always accurate?

The responses are AI-generated and may not always be fully accurate or up-to-date. Please verify critical information independently.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your personal information, number, and interactions are handled according to our privacy standards. No data is shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Can I use the service on more than one device?

You can log in on any device via Web or App using your mobile number and OTP. However, access is tied to your Zong number.

How does the Scheduler work?

You can set reminders through the Scheduler option on Web/App or SMS/IVR. You’ll receive an SMS at the scheduled time.

Yes, there is a limit for how many times you can use the Snap Up feature, as per your plan.

Can I request edits to the Artify AI art?

What is ‘Speak Local’?

‘Speak Local’ helps you translate a word or sentence into a regional Pakistani language. It's ideal for learning or informal chat—not for sending SMS.

Is there any way to refresh my limit?

You can refresh your limit by upgrading or downgrading your plan. For example, if you have reached the limit on the Daily plan, you can upgrade to the Weekly plan to reset your usage. Similarly, downgrading back to the Daily plan will also refresh your limit. However, please note that reaching the limit on the Daily plan and then re-subscribing to the same plan will not reset your usage cap.
