A: All Zong customers can subscribe to Ersaal Hub service by downloading the application from the Google Play Store.
Q: How many SMS can we send in one day?
A: There is no limit on the number/count of SMS messages that a user can send per day via the application.
Q: What are the charges for this service?
A: User is charged per subscription. The validity of the subscription depends on the variant that is subscribed to, i.e., Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Q: Can I create folders according to my own choice and is there any limit on the count of folders that I can create?
A: Yes, a user can create multiple custom folders by adding their own contacts to that group. There is no limit on the number of folders that a user can create.
Q: Will I be able to use the application if there is no network coverage?
A: No, the user must be in an area where network coverage is operational.
Q: Do I need Wi-Fi or internet connectivity to use Ersaal Hub?
A: Yes, you need to be connected to Wi-Fi or your cellular data such as 5G/4G/3G to use this application.
Q: What is the purpose of SMS Scheduler?
A: With SMS Scheduler, the user can type the messages now and select the date and time in future at which the SMS should be delivered to the user. This is a feature that can be used for important events, a most common example is that of birthday wishes, etc.
Q: How can I unsubscribe from the service?
A: Any user of the service can unsubscribe to this service by clicking on the "Delete Account" option that is available on the "Settings Menu" within the application.
Q: How do I change my default SMS application?
A: Simply open the SMS application on your phone and your phone will prompt you to choose a default SMS application. You can then select Ersaal Hub and save it as your default.

A: You can access and use VAS services directly within the app through a simple and user-friendly interface; there is no need to dial codes or navigate complex menus.
