- All Govt Taxes are already included in bundle price.
- Subscriber must dial every number with country code to make calls while on roaming. This is also required for Pakistan while on roaming +9231X-XXX-XXX-X.
- Prepaid Customer needs to activate International Roaming services before leaving Pakistan.
- Subscribers can visit Customer Service Center or Franchise to activate International Roaming services.
- Before leaving Pakistan, subscribers can also request International Roaming activation by dialing 310. "310 will not work while on Roaming".
- While Roaming subscribers can contact helpline by dialing 0092-51-111-222-111 from any number.
- Prepaid default tariffs are charged in Pakistani Rupees PKR.
- Calls are charged in minute or in per second basis dependent on Roaming Country / Region Tariff plan.
- While on International Roaming, charges for calls made to Satellite and Premium numbers are not listed here and are generally more expensive than the respective International Call rates.
- Incoming SMS on roaming is free of cost.
- Fax facility will not work while on roaming.

A-IR services will be automatically activated on activation of these bundles.
Q-How will we know this bundle has been activated?
A-An SMS will be sent to the subscriber informing them that bundle has been activated, they can verify from MZA and *102# USSD platform.
Q-Can we use IR Prepaid bundle outside of the mentioned country?
A-No
Q-What will be the out of bundle rate for data?
A-Out of bundles rate for data is Rs.5+tax /MB
Q-Can these bundles be activated on roaming via USSD or customer has to activate within Pakistan?
A- These bundles are not available on USSD, bundles can be activated through CRM.
Q: How can we check free resources?
A: Free resources are available on CRM; user can check the remaining resources using MZA and *102# USSD.
Q: Multiple subscriptions will be allowed or not?
A: Yes
Q: Will customer select operator manually while he will be on IR in abroad?
A: Operator will be auto selected to AT&T. However, in case there is an anomaly customer can select operator manually following instructions from the complaint handling team.
Q: Is there any mutex with other offers?
A: These bundles do not have Mutex with other promotions.
