My Zong App Account Deletion via web

  1. User will open My Zong App
  2. User will open hamburger menu from top right corner of the app by pressing three lines button
  3. User will click on logout button
  4. A confirmation message will pop up that “Are you sure to logout from account”
  5. User will press submit button
  6. User will logout from app first
  7. User will get “All accounts delete” button
  8. User will click on the delete account button
  9. A confirmation message will pop up “Are you sure to delete all accounts”
  10. User will press confirm button
  11. User all accounts will be deleted successfully

Note:

My Zong App doesn’t store any kind of information once user account is deleted successfully. Next time to login user needs to enter two credentials again:

  1. Mobile number
  2. OTP verification code receive on customer’s mobile number
