This service is available for Zong Prepaid customers. KIDJO is available on Web (zongkidjo.com), Mobile App, and MZA (My Zong App).

Activation Procedure

  • SMS: Not available for self-activation

    1. User visits zongkidjo.com.
    2. User lands on the KIDJO homepage.
    3. On the homepage, the user subscribes to their preferred offer (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
    4. User enters the OTP received from 7522 to confirm the subscription.
    5. After subscribing, the user is sent a bit.ly link to access the service on the KIDJO App.
    6. User receives their login credentials (username and password) via SMS.
    7. User is redirected to the KIDJO platform (Zong KIDJO).
    8. User enters their credentials on the redirected page.

A: KIDJO provides over 3,000 videos including licensed cartoons (Paw Patrol, Masha and the Bear, Peppa Pig, PJ Masks, My Little Pony), nursery rhymes, science experiments, yoga, arts and crafts, animal facts, and more - alongside interactive learning games and bedtime stories. All content is curated and approved by child development experts.

A: Yes. KIDJO is 100% ad-free. There are no advertisements, no social networks, and no public profiles within the application.
Q: Can I use KIDJO without an internet connection?
A: Yes, through Backpack Mode. Subscribers can download and store videos within the app for offline viewing. An internet connection is required to stream content and to download videos initially.
Q: What parental controls are available?
A: Parents can set screen time limits, choose content types (educational, entertainment, or both), manage auto-play settings, and adjust language preferences. Up to three individual child profiles can be configured per account, each tailored by age.
Q: How is my subscription renewed?
A: Subscriptions are set to auto-renew (Daily and Weekly are recursive; Monthly is non-recursive). Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
Q: Is KIDJO safe for children?
A: Yes. KIDJO is COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) certified and kidSAFE+ certified. The platform has no ads, no social networks, and no public profiles. All content is age-appropriate and reviewed by child development experts.
Q: Do I get access to all three KIDJO apps with one subscription?
