Step - 1
Enter user credentials and click “Login”
Step - 2
Log in to your Zong Cap account. You will land on the Homepage. Analytics dashboards of daily and weekly calls are available. The dashboard contains tabs for total call, Incoming calls, Outgoing calls and Missed calls. Clicking on these tabs provides users with further details. Tabs of Top 10 frequent calls and Top 10 call duration are also displayed in the dashboard
Step - 3
By selecting “Calls” tab highlighted in red, you will enter the calls tab which shows Incoming, Outgoing and Missed calls records. It displays the A party & B party number along with the time and duration. It also has the option to make a normal call or through WhatsApp.
Step - 4
You can select today or this week filter and view Incoming, Outgoing and Missed calls according to your need.
Step - 5
Users can listen to the call recordings by clicking on the play button marked with an arrow.
Step - 6
By clicking the contacts tab highlighted in red, you can easily view your saved contacts. In addition, you can find your contacts easily in the search bar highlighted with an arrow.
Step - 7
To reset your password, go to “More” option represented with 3 dots on bottom right of the page, click on the reset password and you will land on the reset password page. Enter the required requirements and you'll receive the link on your email. To make ext to ext calling click on “Extensions” tab. To view the privacy policy, click on “Privacy Policy” Tab.

Enter the required requirements and you'll receive the link.

Zong Cap uploads user’s contact list which includes names and phone numbers if you allow access to the app. Third-party services that may collect information are not used in our app. No data collection occurs in the background when the user is not engaging with our app. All data is imported from our CAP portal.
Access We Require:
Zong Cap asks the user to allow access to photos, media and other files on your device in order to view the User manual contained in the app and download it.
How we use the information collected:
Zong CAP uploads user’s contact list in order to show your contact on the Zong CAP app interface. This enables hassle free calling without the need of switching the app

By logging into your account on our website, you can access and amend your personal information at any time like User Name, Password etc. App uses industry-standard technology, such as SSL for user transactions, to encrypt information so it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet to protect sensitive data.
