ACTIVATION PROCEDURE

Customers can subscribe to the service via the following channels:

SMS: Send Sub to 8494

IVR: Dial 8494 and provide consent for subscription

USSD: Dial *8494#

OBD: Customers receive a promotional call on their mobile number; if they provide consent, the service is activated

Digital: Customers click on ads/link and are routed to the subscription page, where their MSISDN is fetched via header enrichment. After providing the OTP and clicking on "Subscribe," the service is activated.

DEACTIVATION PROCEDURE

Customers can unsubscribe from the service via the following channels:

SMS: Send Unsub to 8494

IVR: Dial 8494 and provide consent for un-subscription by dialing the Unsub option.

Weather information for your location is communicated via SMS and through our Call Center.

How can I activate/deactivate the service?

The service can be activated via SMS, IVR, OBD, USSD, and digital platforms (the subscription process is explained in detail above). It can be deactivated via SMS, IVR, and USSD (the deactivation process is explained in detail above).

How can I purchase Agri-related products?

You can purchase Agri-related products for your farms or gardens by visiting shop.bkk.ag.

How can I mark my crop/livestock?

You can mark your crop or livestock via IVR, call center, USSD, the BKK App, or the BKK Form (a link to the personalization form is sent to customers, where they can provide their information).
