Roaming UAE per second offer is by default available for all prepaid subscribers. Customer only require to activate the IR access level on the number by calling 310 helpline or visiting customer service center
Is per second charges available for all incoming calls?
Yes, all incoming calls on DU network in UAE will be charged as per promotional tariff
Do customer need to maintain any balance for the promotional tariff ?
Customers need to have a minimum per minute balance in their account otherwise calls will not be connected if customer do not have a required balance in his account
