New and innovative ideas have been one of the distinguishing factors for ZONG since inception and taking pride in this image and raising the bar further on customer facilitation standards, ZONG brings a totally new concept of bill payment service at any ZONG CSC. For the first time in Pakistan anybody can pay their utility bills at any ZONG CSC across Pakistan. Now customer don’t have to go to banks, stand in long queues and wait for their turn to pay the Utility Bills, as ZONG has come up with a facility in a partnership with KASB Bank for the customers to pay their bills at any of the ZONG CSC without any hassle. This facility is not restricted only to the ZONG customers as now anyone, may he/she be a subscriber of any network, can walk up to a ZONG CSC and get their bill payments processed their

All CSCs can now accept Electricity, Gas and Landline bills for the following companies:

• KESC (Karachi Electric Supply Company)
• LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company)
• GEPCO (Gujranwala Electric Power Company)
• IESCO (Islamabad Electric Supply Company)
• SSGC (Sui Southern Gas Company)
• SNGPL (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd)
• PTCL (Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited)

Process

One of the easiest mechanism for bill payment; any customer can just walk in to any ZONG CSC and submit bill for payment, get a signed receipt back from our representative and the job is done. ZONG representatives will be available to accept the utility bills payments from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm for the customers at all ZONG CSCs.

Disclaimer

ZONG CSCs will not accept any other company’s bill except the companies listed above. Only bills within due date are acceptable.

There are no charges on Utility Bills Payments for any customer at ZONG CSCs.
