  Handset Based Product Features:Banning a sender
• A subscriber can ban a specific person from sending anonymous messages to them, by sending a SMS in the following format: Ban< space >nick
• Confirmation to sending party:
  o Your ban was successful; you will no longer receive anonymous messages from yyy
• Message to the banned party:
  o You have been banned from sending anonymous messages to xxxx
• Where xxxx represents the mobile number of the person banning and yyyy represents the mobile number of the person being banned.
• Removing a ban
  • A subscriber can remove a ban previously placed on a specific person by sending a SMS in the following format: Allownick
  • Confirmation to the party lifting the ban
  o The ban on yyyy has now been lifted
  • Message to the party whose ban has been lifted:
  o xxxx has now lifted the ban, and you may now send anonymous messages to that number.
  • Where xxxx is the number of the person who is lifting the ban and yyyy is the number of the person whose ban has been lifted.
• Leaving the service
  • A subscriber can leave the service all-together by sending a sms in the following format to 543: leave
  • Confirmation to the party that opted out of the service:
  o You have now opted out of the anonymous service. To re-join send “join” to 543
  • To anyone who tries to message a party who has left the service:
  o You cannot send anonymous messages to xxxx, as this number has opted out of the service.
  • Where xxxx is the number of the person who has left the service.
  Re-joining the service
  • A subscriber can re-join the service after leaving it by sending a SMS in the following format to 543: Join
  • Confirmation to the party who has re-joined:
  o You have re-joined the anonymous service. You can now send and receive anonymous messages.
  Help
  • A subscriber can send: Help to 543 to obtain a return messaging with the various prompts for the service.
