Do I need to sign in or create an account to search for a job?
No, you don't need to sign in/create an account to conduct a job search; however we do require that you create an account in order to submit your resume. We review our online candidate pool for every available position's selection process.
Will hard copies of resume be entertained at ZonG offices?
No. we only entertain soft copies of resumes/CV.
How do I apply for a specific job?
Go to the 'Current Openings' Section, click on your relevant position. If you are a new user; fill up the desired form and upload CV. if you already have made your account; signup with your user name/password and apply for the job.
Who should I contact regarding the status of my submission?
Once you apply for a specific job or only submit the resume, you will receive an automatic e-mail response to confirm that we have been notified of your interest. If it is determined that you are a short listed candidate, Human Resource Department will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss your skills in detail or to schedule an interview.
What are the selection criteria?
Applications are short listed against available position's requirements. Assessment process involves a sequence of interviews and evaluation based on job requirements, company values and HR defined competencies.
What factors define the compensation package?
Compensation is based on candidate profile and subject job role. Zong is famous for its competitive compensation packages as it designs its packages after a thorough market analysis and prefers performance based compensation.
My telephone number and address has changed. How can I update this information?
You may update your profile at any time by logging in under "Existing member". You may then click on "My Profile" and make changes. Once you have entered your new information, click on "Save". Changes are updated in our database immediately.
